The part
You will oversee one of our most dynamic marketing channels as Cleo's Influencer Manager, transforming it into a full-funnel powerhouse that meets business and brand objectives. To effectively present our product and its advantages, you will use your expertise working with all kinds of influencers—from conventional to micro to content creators—as well as with the Cleo organization. You're not afraid of data; in fact, one of your favorite aspects of your work is refining the influencer channel based on performance metrics. This is a rare chance to have a big influence on a rapidly expanding, real AI firm, build on past knowledge, and mold the channel according to your professional vision.
What you're going to do:
. Working with the marketing team to develop and implement influencer campaigns that communicate Cleo's distinct narrative is part of this interesting position.
. Create and oversee an influencer marketing plan to inform influencers and consumers about Cleo's AI-powered money management solutions.
. Find and establish connections with management firms, talent agencies, and well-known influencers.
. Contribute your marketing expertise, strategic assistance, and innovative ideas to create a network of influencers.
. Work together with the marketing team to develop and plan "big picture" marketing plans that span several platforms, such as affiliate marketing, sponsored social cooperation, and organic social media promotion.
. As a part of the creative team, you will collaborate with talent and influencers to produce concepts and content ideas.
. Create creative briefs, oversee influencer agreements and discussions, and oversee content approvals from conception to legal and compliance.
. Oversee, track, and coordinate influencer KPIs and offer evaluation and analysis of influencer campaigns and performance. It's not the right job for you if you're terrified of statistics.
. Manage the influencer budget each month, including billing and payments.

Concerning you:
. 5–8 years of experience working with U.S. B2C tech firms in influencer marketing, either in-house or through an agency. Particular attention is given to applicants with consumer app expertise and those with experience in regulated areas (fintech, insuretech, and healthtech).
. robust network of content producers and influencers across several platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
. strong familiarity with digital marketing, influencer platforms, talent management, and social media strategy and management.
. strong interest in pop culture and current affairs, with examples of how to effectively use them for companies.
. Excellent organizational abilities, time management, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
. A self-starter who will take concepts from conception to implementation and handle criticism with ease.
